l Maintainance:
1. The continuous operation time cannot exceed 10 hours a day, and the cooling water must be clean and the water pump can work normally. The water spindle motor must not be short of water. The cooling water should be replaced regularly to prevent the water temperature from being too high. If the working environment temperature is too low in winter, the water in the water tank can be replaced with antifreeze.
2. After each use of the machine, pay attention to timely cleaning, be sure to clean the dust on the platform and transmission system, and lubricate the transmission system (X, Y, Z axis) regularly (weekly). (Special note: X, Y, Z three-axis polished rods need to be maintained with engine oil; high-speed butter should be added to the screw part; in winter, if the working environment temperature is too low, the screw and polished rod (square guide rail or circular guide rail) parts should be cleaned with gasoline first Rinse and clean, and then add engine oil, otherwise it will cause excessive resistance in the transmission part of the machine and cause misalignment of the machine.)
3. When performing maintenance and inspection on electrical appliances, be sure to cut off the power supply and wait until there is no display on the monitor and the main circuit power indicator light goes out before proceeding.

l Repair:
When the engraving machine cannot work normally, there may be a problem with its internal components or other reasons. The following is a general introduction to the problems that often occur.
1. If the fixed shaft moves normally after replacement, it means that the drive block corresponding to the shaft is damaged and needs to be replaced. If the shaft still cannot move, it means that the cable or motor is faulty. Replace the cable or motor. All three axes cannot move. At this time, check whether the three-axis aviation plug is connected to the control box and whether the power of the control box is turned on. Check whether the data cable is properly connected to the control box and the control card in the computer host. If the above are normal, please contact the factory.
One of the two or three axes cannot move. At this time, check whether the driving block corresponding to the corresponding axis is damaged. The inspection method can be replaced by the replacement method: unplug the aviation plug corresponding to the fixed axis and insert it into the drive corresponding to the other active axis.
3. The spindle cannot operate normally. First check the error code displayed on the LED display of the inverter (see the error code item in the inverter manual). The following takes the YIXING inverter as an example.
Common faults and solutions of YIXING series inverters (1.5 kW)
Fault code: DL output short circuit. Check whether the motor and cable are short circuited.
OL1OL2 The load is too large. The motor is stalled. Eliminate the stall phenomenon and reduce the load.
LU undervoltage. Input voltage abnormality. Check input power supply.
OH Overheating The load is too large. The cooling fan is damaged. Reduce the load and replace the fan (Note: When the inverter displays DL, the reset button is invalid. Please cut off the power and restart the inverter to eliminate the fault)
Common faults and solutions of TALENT series inverters (2.2 kW)
Fault code: EOCD output short circuit. Check whether the motor and cable are short circuited.
EOU input voltage is too high Check voltage
EOCN output circuit is short-circuited between phases or to ground. Check the wiring and motor.
If the ELU has a large starting current load in the same power supply system, reroute the wiring to avoid the load.
TL External interference: separate control lines from strong current
4. Common faults and solutions of spindle motor:
The motor is hot. Check whether the water pump is working and whether the circulating water is normal.
The motor is weak. Check whether the motor wire is missing a phase and whether the cable is short-circuited.
The motor sounds abnormally. Is the motor overloaded? There is an internal fault in the motor (please contact the manufacturer).
Reverse the motor and check whether the motor wire is missing phase. Switch the output UVW terminals arbitrarily.
